As the impact from the discontinuation of eLCs, many organisations are interested in the impact this decision will have on digital content sales. Our recent investigations estimate that, while the market for all software types in schools is projected to fall up nearly 5% in 2009, digital content sales fair better with a small contraction of 1.5%. The loss of spending is most likely to be seen across primary schools.
